Outstanding doctor! She finally found a diagnosis for an issue I've been dealing with since August of 2021. She was the only dermatologist who came to see me in the hospital to perform a biopsy, that the hospital would not do. She is very compassionate and caring! Most importantly takes her time with you, not like other doctors who makes you feel rushed. Highly recommend! More

Upon reaching the front desk, the reps were lacking a warm welcome. Tone and body language go along way. When checking out, again one of the receptionists said " I do not see anything on your insurance just wait to be billed". From a patient's perception this just seems they didn't want to do the legwork of verifying insurance. Now, it puts the work on me to submit a claim. Completely unacceptable. Before I booked the appointment through Zocdoc, I made sure Cigna was accepted. Not sure where the disconnect is.Doctor was thorough but a very quick visit. More

The Dr. Was very kind and informative and, I actually like him. My issue is...My appt was on 7/14/25, he claimed he wrote a prescription for my issue which will come via mail from West Palm Beach the next day, 7/15/25. I paid the fee, and it's not here. I'm going out of town for a few days, leaving tomorrow 7/17/25 with no medication. I believed I would have it in time. Had I known the medication wasn't coming when he said it would, I would've asked that he write a prescription and give it to me. I could have gone to CVS and gotten my medication.Lesson learned. Take the prescription...that process has never failed me. No one from the dr.'s office has called me to confirm whether or not the medication arrived. More
